When I decided to hold this contest in conjunction with our 3rd Anniversary podcast, I really didn’t know what to expect. What I got was a surprise! Seven very genuine, hardworking ecommpreneurs (my new word) that truly want to grow their businesses and learn strategies from the best of the best. That is why they took the time to enter our contest. They believe in their businesses and know that the information they can gather and networking they can accomplish at the ECMTA eCommerce Summit in Las Vegas April 13-15 is unmatched.
So, one by one they brought out their cameras and submitted their entries proclaiming to the world why they should be the one winner that will be chosen to win an all expense trip to Las Vegas!
Bobbi was the first to submit her video entry to the contest. Bobbi is working hard to create and build her online business and really wants to win!
Mark was next with his video entry. Can’t you tell he is really excited?
Bev submitted the next video entry. Though she works for a video distributor she really wants to do it for herself!
Christy owns KayCee Designs. She really wants to network with other sellers to learn what she knows she doesn’t know!
Bryan was our next video entry, and judging from the clutter behind him in his video, he really needs to start selling stuff!
Tommy submitted the final video entry to this year’s contest. Juding by the sonogram, he and his wife really need to get good at selling online!
Gary is concerned the AARP group will be lonely!
Ok, there are the seven entries! Post here and tell us which one you think should win! It really won’t be the deciding factor, but hey it can’t hurt their chances!
Thanks to all that entered, and remember….. someone is going to Vegas on MY DIME! If you had entered it could have been you!

Bobbi Miller is absolutely a born educator. Put that together with her expertise with eBay and you have an excellent teacher. I have had the pleasure of taking one of Bobbi’s classes and learned so much from her. She is always available to her students and answers inquiries in a timely manner too. She certainly deserves to be chosen for the eCommerce Summit.

Bev also handles my online store and is one of the most devoted people I know. There is nothing she won’t try to learn and she is very committed to doing the best job she can. This is an opportunity that she really deserves.
How many people do you know that spend their spare time learning everything they can and are still hungry for more?
All the best to Bev.

Bobbi has brought a lot of heart to ebay, working full time and building her ebay business on the side.
February 5th, 2010 at 6:01 am
Thanks Boss, I really appreciate that!
I think Christy, Tommy, and Gary deserve a shout out because their customers appreciate them.
Bryon… c’mon, you know people are waiting for the postman to drop off those big shoes!
My customers don’t use computers. Most of them see me because they are trying to pay their bills, or get rid of the processions of a spouse they spent a lifetime with. I get a paycheck so I don’t expect or solicit kudos.
Congratulations to all seven of the contestants! Thank You All for having the excitement, commitment and passion to spend the time to share your enthusiasm with us. Thank you all for encouraging others, and making eCommerce more than just putting stuff in a box.

I definitely vote for Bobbi Miller!
I took an ebay class from her in 2009 and have had a question or two since then. Bobbi has been so helpful and available to me and I’m sure to other former students. I like her genuine and approachable personality. She works hard for her great ratings and her attention to customer service is a model for us all.
Best wishes to all…
