CPSC Postpones Enforcement of Some New Rules For 1 Year
ebayinkblog is reporting tonight that the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has today announced a 12 month stay of enforcement for portions of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSCIA).

While some portions of the CPSCIA are still on track to be implemented on February 10, 2009 this stay will give some ecommerce sellers relief for up to 12 months.
