I am an eBay Seller of 10 years. Ebay recently restricted my account based on “non-performance” but refuses to provide me their specific evidence to justify their decision.

I believe that the real reason why eBay restricted me was because I had loudly complained about their no -FB to Buyers policy. Recently, I was given two -FB by extortionist Buyers, one demanded money and one demanded an 87% S/H reduction, even overly threatened -FB and never even paid for the Item. Ebay refused to remove either -FB. Both appeared to be a foreign nationals tag team.

The lack of -FB to Buyers totally statistically invalidates the eBay feedback system. By standing behind its FB system, eBay is clearly perpetrating frauds on the public and is engaged in unfair trade practices relevant to other Onlines sales companies.

Furthermore, eBay’s rule that “Handling” is only the cost of packaging when actual Seller Handling costs also includes handling labor clearly results in an employer-employee relationship with its Sellers similar to that described in the old “16 Tons” song.
