eBay sellers and watchers worldwide have been waiting for the much awaited (or dreaded) changes that typically come each spring. During the last (February 2009) eBay TownHall event Dinesh Lathi eBay’s VP of Seller Experience stated that eBay would be making bi-annual change announcements called “Buckets”. Dinesh indicated that there may be other announcements during the year however. Dinesh also stated that eBay would make these announcements at least 60 days in advance of them being enacted so users could come into compliance.

This is the most important day for eBay users this year accoriding to Griff and co-host Lee Mirabel during a recent eBay Radio program.
While there is much speculation regarding these announcements, there remains tremendous secracy and only select few outsiders know what the totality of these changes will be.
