I like to spend a couple of months on the mainland, sort of reverse snowbird and this IP change really shakes up PayPal access. They can't catch phishers and scammers but they surely make life difficult for honest customers. I decided that low tech was the best approach to PayPal, one less thing to go wrong and with hindsight I was right. When this security key first came out I gave it serious consideration.
